Hello everyone! It’s been awhile! I am currently in the Midwest doing a church history tour (if your interested in learning more go to Mormon.org). Although we will be flying out there, our trip is still going consist of LOTS of driving. Also *disclaimer* I’m writing this in a hurry so there are probably 1000 typos… But it’s better than no post right ?
Personally I HATE driving. If you know me, you know I have a super hard time staying still for to long and so I’m about as good at traveling as my younger siblings (hahaha). So I decided to make these fun travel kits for my siblings sanity (and let’s be honest, my sanity too).
Of of course I decided to make these the day before we left when I had 50000000 other things to do. I’m so glad that I did make them though because they have been great on our trip. We might of went overboard on these, but whatever.
We (as in me and my mom) started by getting everyone a notebook. For the girls we got these super cute ones from target and for the boys we just got plain 5 star notebooks.
We we also got these cute little activity pads from the target dollar section.
Everyone for a pack of Poptarts for obvious reasons (hahaha).
Next everyone got a pack of Kleenex.
They also got a cheap hand sanitizer because that’s always a good thing to have.
We also found these cool Crayola window markers that are super fun for drawing on car windows.
We we also included these cool mechanical pencils. They have super thick lead so they are good for little ones.
I also included these these amazing chap sticks from a local store called Sprouts.
We also included a pack of gum.
Last, we included these fun lace up cards in my sisters baskets from the target dollar section.
