GUYSS! Ugh.. I’ve been horrible about posting. The thing is, I only have a couple weeks left of school so I am getting into the weeks of finals and AP tests. I have been SO incredibly busy each weekend that I haven’t had time to create posts. This weeks post is just a simple one, a printable goal calendar, but that doesn’t mean it’s not great ;).
I designed this printable goal calendar to help me stay more on track with my eating… goals I guess? I don’t really know what to call that, but that doesn’t really matter. At the beginning of the school year I was so good with my eating. I didn’t eat snacks, I tracked my calories, I didn’t eat dairy, I ran cross-country every day in the 100 degree weather (you can imagine how many calories that burned). During that time I felt so amazing, physically and mentally. I felt like I could do anything.
Then, I got injured in the middle of the season and had to be in a boot for over a month and not run. I threw most of my healthy habits to the side except for eating. Then during Christmas I threw the good eating out the window too. I am desperately trying to get myself back to where I was before.
I have made great progress with my running and endurance, but I still haven’t been that good with my eating. Not only was I eating dairy and sugar and all the things that make me feel horrible, but I was eating a lot.
I have felt absolutely horrible, physically and mentally, the past few months. I have felt so insecure that I kind of just want to curl up in a ball where no one can see me. I decided to make a goal to eat healthy simply for a month. That means I cut out dairy, things with added sugar, and processed foods in general. I am also a very visual person so I made this calendar so I could visually track my progress, which made it a lot easier.
Thanks for reading guys, see you MAYBE next week? It all depends on how much studying I have to do ( I know, lame!).
